Samudra’s HPS-Series pumps are Hydro Pneumatic Pressure Boosting Systems , designed for high-pressure / booster applications. These systems accommodates majorly Vertical Multistage In-line pumps though it can be designed with other pumps like centrifugal monoblocs . The pumps must be capable of developing high & constant pressure. These systems are very compact and occupy less space. The pumps are driven by energy-efficient IE2 / IE3 motors. The motor winding designs are compactible for any soft/ electronic system operation, which makes it preferable to use them with the latest VFD systems. The suction and delivery ports are always inline and the same in size. These systems are available with cast iron, SS 304 & SS 316 pumps. The Individual Pump power ranges from 0.37 – 110 kW [0.5 – 150 HP]. The discharge of the system can be increased by cascading more pumps[ Maximum 6 pumps]. the system pressure will be the pressure of individual pump. the systems are built with high-class components to result trouble free long-run operation. These systems ensures excellent Life Cycle Cost [LCC] and huge saving in energy consumption.
